News : Disaster looms as India floods




Widespread flooding has now killed dozens in east and northeast India and left 300,000 homeless.

At least 50 people have lost their lives. Three million are affected by monsoon rains.

Many of the homeless are scattered between camps, highways and makeshift shelters on higher ground.

Sonia Legg reports.
