News : Paris takes up torch-run gauntlet




Apr. 7 - French police don roller blades to protect the Olympic torch relay through Paris.

Up to 3, 000 police have been drafted in amid fears of a repeat of the anti-China protests that dogged the progress of the Olympic flame through London a day earlier.
