News : Assessing potential of mobile ads

According to new research, over a third of 16 to 34 year-olds who own a mobile phone are happy to receive mobile advertising for free content.

The survey conducted by Ipsos Mori and commissioned by T-Mobile is likely to be studied closely by operators and advertisers who are looking to promote the medium as a way to engage with consumers.

Matt Cowan reports for Reuters.
