News : Tech sector penalized

As the economic crisis takes its toll, the technology sector is also under intense pressure. Concerns about a slowdown in consumer spending hurt shares of tech bell-weathers like Apple and Intel.

Apple and Intel aren't the only brands to suffer, other consumer technology companies are also feeling the heat.
