News : China warns of 'Black June'




Flooding in the far south looks set to worsen and forecasters predict other parts of the country could be hit.

The country's Civil Affairs Ministry website says 169 people have now died in the latest natural disaster to hit the nation.

Weather experts are warning of more to come as storms threaten to lash parts of the Yangtze River delta region near Shanghai and provinces across the east and south-west.
